I’m a nutritionist with ADHD, helping families like yours

I have ADHD, my kids do too—and I help kids and adults like us using natural, evidence-based strategies and real-life experience.

I can help if…

You’re getting constant calls from school and don’t know what else to try.

You’ve tried diet changes or supplements but nothing’s really made a noticeable difference.

Your brain just doesn’t switch off, and you’re tired of feeling wired and worn out.

You feel scattered, forgetful, and always behind—no matter how much effort you put in.

You’re dealing with mood swings, big emotional outbursts, or impulsive behaviour—and it’s wearing everyone down.

You’ve been stuck in the waiting game for a diagnosis—or can’t access one—but still want help now.

You think your child might have ADHD but you’re not sure about going down the medication path.

Your child never stops moving or fidgeting, and it’s starting to impact home life and school.

You just want someone who gets it—someone who’s actually lived it, not just read about it.

Need real support from someone who gets it?

If you’re tired of feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I’m here to help. I work with kids, teens and adults across Australia through practical nutrition strategies that actually work.

How I can support you

I offer compassionate, ADHD-friendly nutrition support for kids, teens and adults—whether you're managing a new diagnosis, still figuring things out, or just feeling stuck. I draw on nutritional science, functional testing, and lived experience to create realistic plans that help you feel more calm, clear, and in control.

I welcome people of all neurotypes and backgrounds, and create a space where you’ll be met with understanding—not judgement. All sessions are held via telehealth, and you don’t need a diagnosis, referral, Medicare card, or private health cover to get started.

I provide support for:

ADHD (diagnosed or undiagnosed)
Focus, memory, and executive function issues
Mood swings, emotional dysregulation, and anxiety
Sleep challenges
Gut health, picky eating, and nutrient deficiencies
Overwhelm, burnout, and sensory sensitivity
Parents of neurodivergent kids
Adults navigating late diagnosis
Kids and teens with behavioural or emotional challenges
Families wanting to try natural strategies before or alongside medication

My approach to ADHD support that fits real life

I'm a qualified Nutritionist and Allied Health Assistant with lived experience of ADHD—both as a late-diagnosed adult and a mum to neurodivergent kids. I know what it’s like when life feels chaotic, when nothing seems to stick, and when you’re doing everything you can but still hitting a wall.

My approach is gentle, realistic, and evidence-based. It’s designed with ADHD in mind—so we go at your pace, and focus on what’s actually manageable in real life, not some ideal version of it.

I don’t hand out one-size-fits-all plans or overwhelm you with 12-point checklists. Instead, I look at what’s really going on beneath the surface—whether it’s gut health, nutrient deficiencies, or nervous system overload—and work with you to create a plan that actually feels doable.

Depending on what you need, I might use:

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)
Microbiome testing (to look at the gut-brain link)
Blood test referrals through your GP
Personalised nutrition and supplement guidance
Simple tools for better sleep, mood, energy and focus
Support for kids, teens and adults—diagnosed or not

I work with people all over Australia through telehealth, so you don’t have to leave home to get the help you need. Everything we do is neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred, and grounded in both science and real life.

This work isn’t about “fixing” ADHD. It’s about understanding what’s getting in the way, and building support that actually helps you feel a bit more steady, a bit more in control—and a lot more understood.

ADHD isn’t a flaw—it’s a different way of thinking and feeling. I’m not here to change who you are. I’m here to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more supported—at home, at school, at work, wherever life takes you.

Frequently Asked Questions

We know that starting something new—especially when it comes to ADHD—can bring up a lot of questions. To make things easier, I’ve answered a few of the most common ones below. If there’s something else on your mind, just reach out. I’m always happy to chat.

  • Yes—all appointments are done via telehealth, so you can access support from anywhere in Australia. Whether you're at home, at work, or juggling school drop-offs, you don’t need to travel or rearrange your whole day. Just find a quiet spot, and we’ll take it from there.

  • Not at all. I work with people who have a diagnosis, those who are still figuring things out, and others who just recognise some ADHD traits and want support. My focus is on what you're experiencing right now—not what's on a piece of paper.

  • I help with a bunch of things that often tag along with ADHD—like poor focus, emotional overwhelm, sleep issues, gut health troubles, picky eating, or impulsivity. I use natural, evidence-based strategies to support both kids and adults in a way that actually feels doable. text goes here

  • It’s different for everyone. I start by listening to your story and digging into what’s going on beneath the surface—things like nutrient levels, gut health, or nervous system regulation. From there, we build a plan together using nutrition, supplements, and other practical tools that are realistic for you (or your child) to follow.

  • You’re not alone—most of my clients have tried a few things without much luck. The difference here is that we look at your body and brain, not someone else's checklist. I use proper testing when needed, take your lifestyle into account, and make sure the plan works for how your brain actually functions. And if something’s too hard to stick with, we change it.
