Hi, I’m Julie.

I am a qualified nutritionist with ADHD and have neurodivergent children. I have a long standing passion for all things health and while I have no biases against medication to support ADHD symptoms, I believe true holistic treatment incorporates including a natural element to symptom management.

My personal experience coupled with my professional knowledge, means I can offer valuable insight to individuals and families affected by ADHD.

My approach to ADHD

My approach to ADHD management acknowledges the interconnectedness of various factors including diet, nutrient deficiencies, gut health, inflammation and hormones, recognising that as individuals we may have different combinations of drivers contributing to our symptoms. This underscores the importance of a tailored, multifacteted approach to supporting a person with ADHD.

Why did I start my practice?

By integrating my knowledge of nutrition with other aspects of holistic heath, I can provide individuals and families with strategies that address their unique needs and goals.

I am dedicated to always learning more to support the people I work with to have positive outcomes and optimise their brains.

We’ll work together to support ADHD with nutrition.

Wherever you are in your ADHD journey—new to a diagnosis, still figuring things out, or simply stuck—I offer supportive nutrition care for kids, teens and adults. Using science, functional testing and real-world experience, I craft practical plans to help you feel calm, clear and in control.
